摘要 针对风力发电机内部结构和所选用的轴承的特殊性,选择10 k W风力发电机结构,根据6311轴承的具体参数建立三维模型,合理设置模型边界条件,利用有限元方法对接触应力与变形进行仿真计算,得到了整体深沟球轴承与单个滚动体与内外滚道接触的等效应力、等效应变、径向变形和接触应力的变化情况,验证了利用有限元解决发电机轴承接触问题是可行的,同时也符合轴承受载荷作用下的接触应力与变形实际情况。对风力发电机轴承设计、参数优化以及装配调试具有一定指导意义。 According to the internal structure of the wind turbine and the special characteristics of its bearing, the structure of 10 kW wind power generator is selected in this paper. The bearing 3D model was built according to the parameters of 6311 deep groove ball bearing with the reasonable setting of the boundary conditions, the contact stress and the deformation were simulation calculated by using the finite element method, the change of equivalent stress and strain, radial deformation and contact stress were obtained between overall deep groove ball bearings and single rolling body and the inner or outer raceways. Furthermore, the results show that solving the bearing contact problem with FEM is feasible and it coincides with the stress and deformation of the actual situation, and it can offer guidance for the design and debug of wind turbine bearing.
