摘要
目前,高职院校由于多方面因素影响着对学生实践能力的培养,应该及时地认识和分析,否则将对高职教育的健康发展造成阻碍,也将有悖于社会需求。本文从教师和学生两大方面对高职学生实践能力培养的影响因素进行了详细地分析,并结合本校实际情况,提出了高职学生实践能力培养的应对建议。
Currently, various factors affect the vocational college students＇ practical ability cultivation. Cognition and analysis of these factors should be done in case of causing obstruction to the healthy development of higher vocational education.Combined with the current situation of the college, from two major aspects teachers and students, detailed analysis on factors affecting the cultivation of practice ability of students in higher vocational colleges, this article puts forward relative suggestions.
