摘要
文章结合订单班运行过程中的问题,提出了相应的思考。从浅层次学生头脑中的映像不同过渡到职业能力和职业技能深层次的原因思考,结合分析,提出了部分订单班运作需要改进的对策,具体做法包括重新梳理"职业能力"的表现形式、改革评判制度、明示化职业技能发展方向等。
Based on the operation problems of the order-based class, the article provides some thinking. Reasons inlude both the shallow minds of students' images, and the deep-seated factors of vocational ability and vocational skill. On the basis of such reasons, the article provides some improvement measures about order-based class, such as re-performance of vocational ability, the reform of the evaluation system, and the express development direction of vocational skills.
