摘要
研究了梳棉机刺辊落棉和生条质量的比较问题。用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪对五台梳棉机所加工的刺辊落棉及生条各项指标进行了检测。结果显示:刺辊落棉中总棉结数是生条的4.7倍,根数短绒率是生条的2.7倍,总杂质数是生条的84倍,可见异物率是生条的207倍,未成熟纤维含量是生条的2倍,可见刺辊部分的确可以有效排除棉结、短绒和杂质,且对大杂和大尺寸棉结及非棉物质排除的效率比较高,生产过程中可以用AFIS检测刺辊落棉和生条来判断刺辊相关工艺是否有利于棉结、短绒和杂质的排除。
Taker -in noils and sliver produced by five cards were tested with USTER AFIS Single fiber tester. It was found that the number of total nep, short fiber rate, total impurity, visible foreign material and immature fi- ber content is 4.7 times, 2.7 times, 84 times, 207 times and two times as much as that of the card sliver. It is thus concluded that the taker - in part can definitely remove nep, short fiber and impurities, and it is more efficient in removing impurities and nep in large size and non - cotton matter. In production, whether the taker - in relevant technology is favorable to remove nep, short fiber and impurity can be judged by testing the noil and card sliver with USTER AFIS single fiber tester.
