摘要
用USTER AFIS单纤维测试仪对DK903梳棉机在3档盖板速度条件下所加工的盖板花和生条进行了测试。结果显示,盖板速度为160mm/min时盖板花中纤维各项长度指标最短,所排出棉结和短绒也最多;盖板速度为240mm/min时盖板花杂质含量和未成熟纤维含量最多;盖板花中未成熟纤维质量分数在20%,说明盖板花中仍有一定比例的未成熟纤维。盖板速度为240mm/min时总体上最有利于梳理质量改善,生条质量也最好。
Flat strips and card slivers processed by DK903 carding machine were tested by USTER AFIS single fiber tester under three-grade fiats speed. The results show that different fiber length parameters in flat strips are the shortest, and neps and short fibers discharged are the most when fiats speed is 160 mm/min, while impurity content and immature fiber content in flat strips are the most when fiats speed is 240 ram/rain. Immature fiber content is about 200%, which indicating that there is a certain proportion of immature fibers in flat strips. It is the most conducive to improve carding quality when flats speed is 240 mm/min, and card sliver quality is the best.
