摘要
研究了盖板速度对生条中未成熟纤维去除的影响问题。用USTER AFIS单纤维测试系统分别对梳棉机在七档盖板速度条件下所加工的生条中的未成熟纤维含量进行了测试,结果显示,盖板速度为1 050 mm/min时最有利于未成熟纤维的去除,在盖板速度相同情况下,加上棉网清洁器亦有利于未成熟纤维的去除,盖板速度变化对纤维成熟度比和细度没有明显的影响。
Immature fibers in card sliver processed on a carding machine at seven speeds of cover plate were tested with USTER AFIS.The results showed that,when the speed of cover plate was at 1 050 mm/min,it was most favorable for removing immature fibers.With same cover plate speed,web cleaner was also helpful to reach the goal.Cover plate speed has no evident influence on fiber maturity ratio and fineness.
