摘要
建立了汞的硼氢化钠还原 -无色散原子荧光测定方法 ,在最佳条件下 ,荧光强度与汞浓度在 0~ 2 5μg/L范围内呈线性关系 ,相关系数 0 9991,检出限 0 0 2 μg/L。用拟定的方法测定了茶叶中的汞 ,回收率为 91 6%~ 98 3% ,变异系数不超过 5 2 %。
A non-dispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry combined with sodium borohydride reduction for the determination of mercury in tea has been developed.Under the optimum conditions,there is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and mercury concentration in the range of 0~25 μg/L with correlation coefficient 0 9991.The detection limit is 0 02 μg/L.The proposed method has been applied to the determination of mercury in tea with satisfactory results.The recovery is 91 6%~98 3%,and the coefficient of variation is not more than 5 2%.
