摘要
研究了在特制测Cd固体试剂(CDSR-1)存在的水溶液中,Cd与KBH_4反应生成挥发性物种,以无色散原子荧光光谱法测定饮用水中超痕量Cd的分析方法。CDSR-1能巧妙地调节反应体系的pH值,使其达到最佳测定pH范围,且能提高挥发性物种发生率,方法的灵敏度可提高1~2数量级。方法的线性范围为0~5μg/L,最低检出浓度为0.08μg/L;精密度实验的变异系数为1.3%:回收率为93.0%~106.0%。
Adding a new reagent (CDSR-1) to aqueous solution, a volatile cadmium compound could be generated by reacting with sodium tetrahydroborate at room temperature. The detection limit of nondispersive atomic fluorescence spectrometry with argon-hydrogen mini-flame and heated quartz atomizer was 0.08mg/ml (36', 0.8ml sample volume), and the RSD was 1.3% (5ng/ ml, Cd, n=12). This method has been proved to be reliable, sensitive and rapid, its relative sensitivity was comparable with that of the graphite furnace AAS method.
