摘要 在柠檬酸介质中,V^(5+)对KBrO_3氧化甲基橙的反应有催化作用。在此基础上,研究了其催化动力学条件,非催化体系与催化体系的吸光度之比的对数值与一定浓度的V^(5+)呈线性,据此,建立了痕量V^(5+)的测定方法。方法选择性好。其线性范围为0~8μg/L,检出限为1μg/L。对环境水样进行精密度实验的相对标准偏差为6%;加标回收率为92.2%~109.2%。 In citric acid medium, vanadium has catalytic reaction of methyl orange with potassium bromate. Study of the kinetic condition of such a reaction has been conducted. The logarithmic value of the ratio of non-catalytic system and catalytic system was linear correlated to certain concentration of V5+. Thus to establish a method for determining trace V5+. The experimental result showed that the reaction was highly selective, the linear range was 0-8μg/l, the detection limit 1 μg/l relative standard deviation <n=6) 6% and the recovery rate was 92.2-109.2%.
