摘要
通过分析溢油后海洋保护区的生态系统结构和生态服务功能指标响应值改变大小来评价溢油对海洋保护区的污染程度,首先构建海洋保护区溢油污染评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)计算各评价指标的权重,确定指标因子基准值,然后确立保护区溢油污染综合评价模型,运用综合评价方法快速确定溢油对海洋保护区污染程度大小。该评价模型为溢油保护区污染评价提供新方法,为决策部门采取应急对策提供科学依据。
Oil pollution degree was evaluated through analysis of response value change of ecosystem structure and service function index related to marine protected area after oil spill. Assessment index system of oil spill for marine protected area was established and the weight of evaluation index was calculated by analytical hierarchy process. The standard value of evaluation index was calculated and comprehensive evaluation model for oil pollution degree was established, and oil pollution degree of marine protected area caused by oil spill was evaluated quickly by using the comprehensive evaluation method. The model could provide both new method for evaluating the pollution levels of oil spill and certain scientific basis for emergency decision-making department to take emergency measures.
