摘要
文章从环境--航运系统出发,分析了港口船舶污染环境的主要因素,运用层次分析法和模糊评价法建立了综合指标体系,提出指标测算和评估方法以及体系计算方法,得出环境承载指数。将该体系运用于深圳港进行了2007年和2008年的环境承载研究,指出深圳港环境承载短板因素和整个承载状态并提出相应的改进意见。
Based on the environment-navigation system,this article analyzes the major factors of ship pollution of the environment,using AHP and fuzzy evaluation method to establish a comprehensive index system and proposing measuring and evaluation methods to obtain environmental bearing index.The system was used in Shenzhen port in 2007 and 2008,and pointed out the short-board environmental factor of Shenzhen port,the entire load state and the corresponding improvements.
