摘要
空间信息技术作为一种实体空间分布特征信息的技术,可为海洋牧场科学研究提供新的数据源。空间信息技术提供的数据具有全面、系统、高精确的特性,可有力地促进现代海洋牧场的发展。结合国内外研究现状,对空间信息技术在海洋牧场选址建设、海洋牧场渔业资源增殖放流、海洋牧场生物资源与环境监测评价、海洋牧场管理4个方面中的应用进行了归纳和总结,并在此基础上分析了空间信息技术在海洋牧场的应用中所存在的问题,对今后我国现代海洋牧场的建设与发展提出了建议。
Marine ranching, an artificial fishery by scientific cultivation and management of fishery resources in specific sea areas, is based on marine ecological principles, modern and contemporary marine engineering technologies and making full use of natural productivity. By the construction and management of marine ranching, inshore fishery resources and marine ecosystem can be maintained and protected, which can help realize the sustainable ecological fishery. Spatial information technologies, as technologies of solid information spatial distribution, provide a new data source for marine ranching research. The data provided by spatial information technologies has the characteristics of being comprehensive, systematic, and highly accurate, which can effectively promote the development of modern marine ranching. To further understand the application and research progress of spatial information technologies in marine ranching, we summarized the methods and models of marine ranching spatial location selection, fishery resources enhancement, biological resources and environmental monitoring, evaluation, marine ranching management, based on related literatures by researchers at home and abroad. On this basis, the problems with the application of spatial information technologies in biological resources and environmental monitoring evaluation, scientific and efficient management of fishing boats in marine ranching were pointed out, and suggestions for the construction and development of Chinese modern marine ranching were put forward, such as combining artificial intelligence and internet and big data technology with advanced remote sensing technology to digitize, automatize, informationize the modern marine ranching.
