摘要 血小板与多种心血管疾病的发病有关，平均血小板体积（mean platelet volume，MPV）是反映血小板活化及功能的重要标记。MPV与冠心病、脑卒中、糖尿病、高血压、代谢综合征、肥胖以及心力衰竭、心脏瓣膜病、周围血管疾病等多种心血管疾病或危险因素密切相关，
