摘要
目的:优选室温下紫草萘醌类化合物的提取工艺。方法:以总萘醌提取量为指标,在单因素试验基础上,通过均匀设计考察提取时间、料液比和提取次数对紫草总萘醌浸渍工艺的影响。采用UV测定总萘醌含量,检测波长516 nm。结果:室温下紫草总萘醌最佳提取工艺为提取时间24 h,料液比1∶10,提取数2次;总萘醌平均提取量0.052 g·g-1。结论:优选的工艺稳定可行,为紫草总萘醌制剂的开发提供参考。
Objective: To optimize extraction technology of total naphthoquinones from Arnebiae Radix at room temperature. Method: Based on single factor tests, uniform design was used to investigate influence of solidliquid ratio, extracting time and times on extract amount of total naphthoquinones. UV was adopted to determine the content of total naphthoquinones with detection wavelength at 516 nm. Result: Optimum extraction technology was as follows: extracted twice with 10 times the amount of 95% ethanol for 24 h per time; under these conditions, average extract amount of total naphthoquinones was 0. 052 g· g-1 Conclusion: This optimized extraction technology was stable and feasible, it could provide experimental basis for development of total naphthoquinoes preparations.
