摘要
目的优化病案复印流程,探讨人性化和多元化的服务模式。方法随机对2013年6月-12月1300名申请复印的患者进行问卷调查,问卷包括以流程图形式展示三种复印服务工作程序并由患者进行选择和对复印模式的信息保密度进行级别评价。结果三种复印服务模式选择的人数比较,预约复印邮寄(快递)856人,占65.85%;现场复印402人,占30.92%;网上自助复印42人,占3.23%。而三种模式的信息保密度和隐私保护性无明显差异性。结论三种病案复印服务模式实现了单一模式向多元化服务模式的转变,体现了人性化的延伸服务。
Objective To optimize medical record copying process and to discuss the humanity and diversification services mode. Methods A total of 1300 cases are selected randomly from June 2013 to December 2013 to complete questionnaire. The survey is about two critical parts: three new copying service are described with flow chart and assess the degree of privacy from high to low. Results The number of choosing three new copying services compares as follows: The number of people who choose prepaid mail(EMS) is 856, accounting for 65.85%. The number of people who choose immediate copying service is 402, accounting for 30.92%. The number of people who choose on-line copying service is 42, accounting for 3.23%. While there is no significance of privacy and information secrecy among three approaches. Conclusions Three medical record copying models can truly show that personal service offering single service model turning to multiple service model. It can be seen as a extension of the humanized service.
