摘要
病案信息能否被有效利用是衡量病案管理的重要方面。文章提出了在病案工作中应坚持人性化服务,保持环境整洁,积极开展主动服务,完善借阅登记,扩大服务范围,做好病案复印工作,在细微之处下工夫,真正做到以人为本,提高病案服务质量,把人性化服务落到实处。
Whether the information of medical records can be used effectively or not is an important aspect to measure the management. This text has put forward to the ideas that we should persist in humanization service, keep a good environment, by providing initiate service positively, perfecting the borrowing and reading register, extending service range, duplicating the medical records for the patients; and we should pay close attention to trivialness so that we can do it with people- oriented in deed, improve the quality of service and implement human - service into reality as well.
