摘要
病案管理是医院管理的重要环节,病案复印是病案管理的重要工作内容。随着病案利用的深入,病案复印需求日益增长。本文通过分析病案复印过程中存在的问题,针对病案复印手续告知不到位、提供不及时、等候时间长、交费流程繁琐等问题,进一步探讨解决的对策,提出更好的病案资料复印管理工作应对措施,通过缩短病案归档时间,大力宣传病案复印相关知识,开展人性化服务,病案全面电子化存储,优化工作流程等措施,为病人提供高效、优质、热情的服务,提高患者满意度,为提升医院形象发挥积极的作用。
Medical record management is an important part of hospital management, and medical record copy is the important content of medical record management. With the deepening use of the medical record, the need of medical record copy is growing. In this paper, by analyzing the problems existing in the medical record copy process, in view of the problems existing in the medical record copy procedure, such as told not in place, provide timely, long waiting time and tedious fee process, etc. further solution countermeasures were discussed, a better for copy management of the medical records was put forward, by measures such as shortening the time of medical record archiving, publicity relevant knowledge of medical record copy, carrying out the humanized service, medical record full electronic storage, optimizing the working process, playing a positive role to provide efficient, high quality and enthusiastic service to patients, improve patient satisfaction and the image of the hospital.
