摘要
长期以来,聋人大学生就业状况不佳一直是一个突出的社会问题。在聋人大学生就业过程中,家长的态度会对就业结果产生重要影响。为此,我们对中州大学47位毕业生家长进行了相关问题的调查,对相关数据和结果的分析,发现在家长中存在对聋人大学生就业形势认识不清、对大学教育和就业期望值过高、对相关法律法规缺乏了解等情况。针对以上情况,本文建议通过加大教育投入、开办家长学校、营造聋人大学生就业支持环境等措施改善聋人高等教育和聋人大学生就业问题,以促进和谐社会的建设。
For a long time, the deaf college students＇ low employment has been a prominent social problem. In fact, the attitudes of deaf college students＇ parents play important roles during the vocational selection. So, we investigate some correlation questions in 47 parents of graduates who graduate from Zhongzhou University. By the a- nalysis of the correlation data and results, we find that many deaf college students＇ parents cannot grasp the situa- tions of employment, expect excessively on the college education and employments, know little relevant laws and regulations, etc. Thus, we suggest that some relevant government departments and social agencies should increase education investment, organize employment training for deaf college students＇ parents, build the environment of supporting the deaf college students＇ employment in order to improve the deaf higher education and the employment of deaf college students, and to promote the
