摘要
[目的]了解基层医院护士心理健康状况及职业倦怠、离职倾向,探讨其相关性。[方法]采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、倦怠综合征简易筛查量表、离职倾向量表对基层医院58名临床护士心理健康水平进行问卷调查。[结果]基层医院临床护士SCL-90各因子评分均低于全国常模(P<0.01),提示心理健康状况处于正常水平;倦怠综合征简易筛查表评分≥10分为6人(10.34%);离职倾向处于高水平6人(10.35%),中等水平3 9人(6 7.2 4%),低水平1 3人(22.41%),提示离职意愿比较强烈;基层医院护士心理健康水平与职业倦怠、离职倾向均呈正相关,提示护士职业倦怠感越强,离职意愿越强烈(P<0.05)。[结论]基层医院临床护士心理健康状况处于正常水平,与其低年资护士多、良好社会环境适应性等相关;随着工作时间增长,临床护士职业倦怠感越强,离职意愿越强烈。
Objective:To know about mental health,burnout and turnover intention of nurses in primary hospitals and probe into the correlation among them.Methods:The symptom checklist 90(SCL-90),simple burnout syndrome screening scale and turnover intention scale were used for questionnaire of mental health level of 60clinical nurses.Results:All SCL-90scores of clinical nurses in primary hospitals were lower than the national norm(P <0.01),which suggest that mental health of them were at normal level;six nurses had burnoutsyndromesimplescreeningtable score≥10(10.34%);turnover intention of six nurses was at a high level(10.35%),39nurses with moderatelevels(67.24%),13nurses with low levels(22.41%),suggesting that turnover intention was strongerintention;mental health level of nurses was positively correlatedto occupationalburnout andturnover intention,the stronger of nurses' burnout,the stronger theturnover intention(P <0.05).Conclusion:mental health level of clinical nurses is at normal levels in primary hospitals,which is related to more nurses with low seniority and their better social environment adaptability;with the growth of working hours,burnout of clinical nurse is stronger,and turnover intention is more intense.
