摘要
目的探讨护理人员工作倦怠与心理健康的关系。方法采用Maslach倦怠量表和心理健康量表,对不同科室211名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果 1)每个年龄层次的护理人员在职业倦怠各维度上比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但50岁以上的护理人员情绪衰竭和玩世不恭指标最严重;不同职称的护理人员在情绪衰竭和玩世不恭维度上比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而中级主管护师在情绪衰竭和玩世不恭维度上最严重;内科护理人员在情绪衰竭指标上最严重、在成就感指标上最高,急诊科护理人员在玩世不恭指标上最严重。2)211名护理人员的SCL-90各因子得分均高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)护理人员情绪衰竭和玩世不恭与心理健康各因子显著正相关,其成就感与敌对显著正相关(P<0.001)。结论工作倦怠影响护理人员的心理健康。
Objective To investigate the relationship between occupational burnout and mental health of nursing staff. Methods Adopt the Maslach Burnout Scale and the Mental Health Scale to investigate 211 nurses. Results 1) Among the nursing staff at different ages, no significant differences were found on each dimension of Occupation Burnout; however, as to the nursing staff above 50, the state of emotional exhaustion and cynical aspect was the most serious. Significant differences in the emotional exhaustion and cynical dimensions existed among the nursing staff of different professional titles. Nurses of the medium professional title displayed the most severe state of emotional exhaustion and cynicism. Nurses working in the Medical Department and Emergency Department displayed the most severe state of emotional exhaustion and cynicism, respectively, while nurses of Department of Internal Medicine showed the highest sense of achievement. 2)The mean score of the 211 nurses in each factor of SCL-90 was higher than the national normal levels and the difference was statistically significant. 3)The emotional exhaustion and cynical state of the nursing staff were positively related to each factor of mental health and hostility. The sense of achievement had significantly positive correlation. Conclusion Occupational burnout influences nursing staff's mental health.
