摘要 【目的】 探讨葡多酚 (GPC)对雄性生殖细胞辐射损伤的影响。【方法】 给予小鼠口服不同剂量GPC后 ,采用60 Co γ射线进行全身照射 ,剂量为 0 1Gy/d,连续 4周 ,检测睾丸细胞染色体畸变率、精子畸形率及睾丸组织脂质过氧化水平等指标。【结果】 GPC高、中、低 3个剂量组的睾丸细胞染色体畸变抑制率分别为 84 78%、71 0 4%和 39 40 % ;精子畸形防护度分别为 89 89%、83 2 4%和 38 5 6 % ;各实验组的睾丸组织氧化损伤均低于阳性对照组。以上差异均有显著性 (P <0 0 1)。【结论】 葡多酚对雄性生殖细胞辐射损伤有良好的防护作用 。 Objective To study the protective effect of grape procyandins(GPC) on the radioactive damage of male reproductive cells. Methods After male mice were treated orally in the different doses of GPC,which were exposed to whole\|body 60 Coγ\|rays at the dose of 0\^1 Gy/day for 4 weeks.Then chromosome aberration of testicular cells,spermatozoa deformity,SOD activity and MDA content of testicle were measured. Results Inhibition rates of testicular cells chromosome aberration in three treated groups were 84\^78%\,71\^04% and 39\^40% respectively,protective degrees of spermatozoa deformity were 89\^89%\,83\^24% and 38\^56% respectively,oxidative damage of testicle tissues were lower than the positive controls.These differences were all statically significant( P <0\^01). Conclusion GPC has a protective effect on male reproductive cells damage induced by radiation,the mechanism is closed related to antioxidational effect of GPC.
