摘要
目的研究葡多酚对60Coγ射线照射引起的人外周血淋巴细胞微核率的影响。方法抽取4名健康男性志愿者的外周血培养淋巴细胞,分成3份,分别于照射前、后加入10、20、40、80和160μg/ml的葡多酚,及在照射后5、30、60和120min加入80μg/ml的葡多酚,观察3组淋巴细胞的微核变化。结果照射前加入10、20、40和80μg/ml葡多酚,照射后即刻加入20、40、80和160μg/ml葡多酚及照射后5、30、60min加入80μg/ml葡多酚均可明显降低淋巴细胞的微核率(P<0.05,或P<0.01)。结论葡多酚对γ射线的辐射有防护作用,且该作用与给药剂量和给药时间有关。
Objective To study the influence of grape procyanidins on micronuleus rate of lymphocyte caused by ^60Coγirradiation. Methods The cultured lymphocytes of four health - male volunteers were divided into three parts which were added with 10, 20, 40, 80, 160 μg/ml grape procyanidins before and after the irradiation, and with 80 μg/ml in 5, 30 and 60 minutes after irradiation, the changes of micronuleus in three groups were observed. Results Micronucleus changes of lymphocytes could be reduced by adding 10, 20, 40, 80 μg./ml grape procyanidins before irradiation, 20, 40, 80, 160 μg/ml after irradiation and 80 μg/ml in5, 30 and 60 minutes after irradiation ( P 〈 0. 05, or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion Grape procyanidins have radioprotection function which depends on medicine dosage and administration time.
