摘要
目的:对铁筷子的化学成分及药理作用进行综述,为进一步对铁筷子进行深入研究提供参考和借鉴。方法:对国内外近年来关于铁筷子的化学成分及药理作用的相关文献进行归纳和总结。结果:铁筷子含有糖、酚性成分、黄酮及其苷类、甾萜类成分、鞣质、有机酸和挥发油等;不含生物碱、蒽醌及其苷。其药理作用主要为强心作用、抗肿瘤作用、对呼吸中枢的兴奋及局部麻醉作用以及抗菌消炎、镇痛等活性。结论:随着对铁筷子研究的不断深入,必然将会有更多的化学成分及新化合物从铁筷子中被发现,其药理作用机制将更加明晰,应用范围也将逐渐扩大,为阐明铁筷子的中医药功能奠定基础。
Objective : To summarize the chemical constituents and pharmacological effectiveness of Helleborus Thibetanus Franch in order to provide reference for further in - depth study on the Helleborus Thibetanus Franch. Method: This article concluded and summarized the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Helleborus Thibetanus Franch reported in the literature at home and abroad in recent years. Result: Helleborus Thibetanus Franch contains sugar, phenolic compounds, flavonoid and its glycosides, steroidal terpenoids, tannins, organic acids and olatile oil, etc ; dosen' t contain alkaloids, anthraquinone or its glycosides. Its pharmacological effects mainly include strong heart function, anti - tumor effect, the excitement of the respiratory center and local anesthetic effects and anti-bacterial and anti - inflammatory activity and analgesic function. Co^lusion:With the deepening of the study of Helleborus Thibetanus Franch, there will be more new compounds and the chemical composition found from the iron chopsticks, and its pharmacological mechanism will become more clear,which would gradually expand the scope of application and make the foundation of clarifying the function of Helleborus Thibetanus Franch in Chinese medicine.
