摘要 用模糊数学法对三种橙汁饮料进行了感官评定,结果表明,206样品的评定级别为很好与好之间,561和392样品的评定级别为很好,但392比561稍好,三种橙汁饮料的评定级别从高到低依次为392﹥561﹥206。 In this paper, fuzzy mathematical method was adopted to do the sensory evaluation of three orange juice beverages. The results showed that rank of the 206 was between very good and good, rank of the 561 and 392 was very good, 392 was better than 561, the analysis of sensory evaluation of three orange juice beverages was ranked as follow: 392 〉 561 〉 206.
