摘要
采用新鲜沙棘果和牛奶为主要原料制备了兼具营养和保健功能的沙棘酸奶。通过配制不同比例的沙棘汁和牛奶,采用模糊数学法对其进行了感官评定,结果表明沙棘酸奶酸甜适口,富含维生素C和果胶,是一种值得推广的新型营养保健型酸奶。
Seabuekthorn and milk were used as main material with nutrition and health function in this paper. Differ-ent ratios of seabuckthorn and milk were added in this experiment, fuzzy mathematical methods were adopted to do the sensory evaluation. The results showed that seabuckthorn yoghurt were sweet and sour taste with rich vitamin C and pectin. It was a kind of new natural and healthy yoghurt.
