摘要
分别配置浓度为4%、2%、1%沙棘米醋,采用管碟法测定不同浓度沙棘米醋对大肠杆菌的抑菌作用,同时与四环素对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果进行比较。结果发现浓度为4%沙棘米醋对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果要比浓度为2%、1%沙棘米醋对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果好,并且与30ug/ml四环素对大肠杆菌的抑菌效果相似。
Collocate density as 4%,2%,1% seabuckthorn rice vinegar respectively,adopt the cup-plate method to measure that different density of seabuckthorn rice vinegar restrains germ function to the E.coli,at the same time compare restraint of the germ effect to the E.coli with tetracycline.As a result,it is discovered that restraining germ effect of the density as 4% seabuckthorn rice vinegar is better than that of density as 2% and 1%,and it is similar with restraining germ effect to the E.coli with 30ug/ml.tetracycline.
