摘要
研究生教育的内在发展要求其必须适应区域社会经济的需求,因此,培养高层次人才的研究生教育必须根据产业结构调整进行自身结构的优化。目前,随着广东产业体系的调整引发的人才需求结构变化,广东省研究生培养单位在学科设置方面暴露出诸多问题。因此,各培养单位需要进一步根据区域市场需求,从类型、层次、布局及科类等方面推进自身研究生培养结构的优化。
The internal development of graduate education must adapt to the regional socio-economic demand. Therefore, the structure of graduate education in training high-level talents should be optimized according to the trend of industrial structure adjustment. Currently, adjustment of Guangdong industrial system caused the change of talent demand, which uncovers many problems in discipline setting of postgraduate educating units in Guangdong Province. According to the market demand, all training units should further optimize their own postgraduate training structures from aspects of type, level, layout and disciplines.
