摘要
构建了"金砖五国"信息产业国际竞争力评价的指标体系,通过量化对比,对"金砖五国"信息产业的国际竞争力进行了比较研究。在总结并借鉴其他四国发展特点和经验的基础上提出了进一步提升我国信息产业竞争力的意见和建议。
With the in-depth information technology in national production, life, information, personnel, funds and materials in the global scope of faster flow, the international competition is more intense. Through the construction of information industry competitiveness evaluation index system, contrast the ＂BRIC＂ economy of information industry development present situation, summarize and draw lessons from other countries development characteristics and experience, put forward to further improve the competitiveness of China＇s information industry policy recommendations.
