摘要
运用案例分析、文献研究、对比分析等方法,研究了我国三大电信运营商数字化转型的现状,发现尽管电信运营商在新型业务拓展、信息基础设施建设和升级改造等方面已经取得了一定进展,但仍存在着商业模式不完善、数字人才缺乏、云网融合、算网一体有待提速等问题;提出了健全和完善数字化商业模式、提升数字人才队伍建设、提速云网融合、算网一体工程等建议。
Using case analysis,literature research,comparative analysis and other methods,the current situation of digital transformation of the three major telecom operators in China was studied.It was found that although telecom operators had made some progress in new service development,information infrastructure construction and upgrading,there were still problems such as imperfect business models,lack of digital talents,cloud-network integration,and computing-network integration that needed to be accelerated.Suggestions were put forward on refining digital business models,improving the construction of digital talent teams,accelerating cloud-network integration,and integrating computing and network.
