摘要
对塑料激光焊接的原理、方法及应用进行系统地阐述,对透明塑料的激光焊接进行了介绍。结果认为:激光吸收剂一般为液态,因此涂覆工序有一定难度;新设计的吸收剂涂覆接头形式,有效地解决了透明塑料激光焊接前液体吸收剂涂覆存在的困难,同时提高了定位精度,保证焊缝的一致性和焊接质量。
The principle, methods and applications of laser welding of plastic are stated. The laser welding of transparent plastics is introduced. The results show that there are some difficuhies in spray processing because of liquid laser absorber. The diffi- culties of spray of liquid laser absorber are solved by a innovative joint,and the welding consistency is improved. Positioning accuracy and satisfing welding quality are obtained.
