摘要
金属接头的设计对于高压聚四氟乙烯软管组件的性能优劣至关重要。针对软管组件的失效模式,分别在金属接头的材质、壁厚、长度、外径、抗拉脱段、安装倒角、槽深、密封筋的宽度、表面粗糙度等九个方面进行阐述,说明接头设计的各方面注意事项,为高压聚四氟乙烯软管组件的金属接头设计和改进提供了参考。
Design of metallic fitting is essential to the Performance of PTFE hose assembly. Aiming at the invalidation mode,illustrates the points for attention in fitting design from the following aspects： material, wall thickness, length, outside diameter, pull-out section, installation chamfering, groove depth, width of sealing rid and surface roughness of metallic fitting, as a reference for the design and improvement of metallic fitting of PTFE hose assembly.
