摘要
应用层次分析法(AHP法)建立风险评价结构模型,把大型客机重型高压(SAE AS604标准)氟塑料软管研制方案中不能量化的技术、质量、进度等风险因素划分成相互联系的有序层次,通过结构性方法减少主观因素的影响,从而选出风险相对较小的研发方案供决策人员参考。
Using the analytic hierarchy process to establish the risk assessment structure model, for the heavy PTFE hose assembly used in large aircrafts under high pressure, the risk factors that cannot be quantified in development(including technology risk, quality risk) and schedule risk were divided into interconnected ordered hierarchies. The purpose is to reduce the influence of subjective factors through structured method, thereby selecting the development scheme with minor risk to provide reference for decision makers.
