摘要
以酮苯脱蜡装置所用的大庆减二线馏分油为原料 ,进行了加入脱蜡助滤剂的试验研究工作。结果表明 ,采用的 5种助滤剂对抚顺石油化工公司石油二厂酮苯脱蜡车间的原料油都有好的助滤效果。助滤剂不同 ,其加入量不同 ,助滤效果也不同。其中D1助滤剂在加入量为 5 0 0 μg/g时 ,可提高过滤速度 98% ,脱蜡油收率增加 5 .1个百分点。复合助滤剂的效果好于单助滤剂 ,其中采用 2 0 0 μg/g的D5和 30 0 μg/g的D4的复合助滤剂效果最好 ,脱蜡油收率提高 7个百分点 ,过滤速度提高 5 0 %。所选择的 5种国产助滤剂对抚顺石油化工公司酮苯脱蜡装置的蜡及脱蜡油无任何不良影响。
Laboratory test of the filter aids for the feedstock(second side stream of Crude Daqing vacuum distillation unit) of acetone benzol dewaxing unit was carried out.The results showed that the adopted 5 filter aids have evident effects.When the dosage of the D1 filter aid is 500 μg/g,the filtration rate can be enhanced by 98% and the yield of dewaxed oil increased by 5.1 percent points.The compound filter aid is superior to the single aid.The compound filter aid of 200 μg/g D5 plus 300 μg/g D4 has best effect.The yield of dewaxed oil enhanced by 7 percent points and the filtration rate increased by 50%.These five kinds of domestic filter aids have no bad effects on both wax and dewaxed oil .
