摘要
以抚顺石油二厂减二线馏分油为原料进行了加入脱蜡复合助滤剂的实验室试验研究。实验室采用关键单元间歇式过程 ,与国内其它实验研究装置不同之处在于建立了一套深冷设备 ,使实验的深冷部分冷却条件完全模拟抚顺石油二厂酮苯脱蜡工业装置的工艺条件。结果表明 ,复合添加剂加入量为 50 0 μg·g- 1时 ,其脱蜡油收率的提高好于单剂 ,其过滤速度的提高与单剂相差不大。其中采用 2 0 0 μg·g- 1的D5和 3 0 0 μg·g- 1的D4 的复合助滤剂的作用效果最好 ,脱蜡油收率增加 7个百分点 ,可提高过滤速度 50 %。
Investigation of dewaxing multiplex aids was finished using the fraction of the second vacuum side - streams of Fushun Refinery No. 2 as feedstocks in this experiment. The experimental keyunit - intermission process had been set up in laboratory. The new deeply cool equipment different from the domestic one is in simulating entirely chilling condition of industrial butanone - toluene solvent dewaxing plant of Fushun Refinery No. 2. So the result of this experiment is better. The results show that when the adding amount of multiplex aids is 500 μg·g-1. Increasing extent of the yield of dewaxing oil by adding the multiplex aids is better than by single aids and the increasing extent of the speed of filtration by adding multiplex aids is close to the speed by adding single aids. The best amount of adding multiplex aids is 200 μg·g-1D5 and 300 μg·g-1D4. Under this condition, the yield of the dewaxing oil is increased by 7% and the speed of filtration is increased by 50%. These five domestic additives have not any bad effect on the wax and dewaxing oil of Fushun Refinery No. 2.
