摘要
延迟焦化馏出油(包括汽油、柴油及蜡油)的烯烃含量和氮含量高,必须进行加氢精制.石油化工科学研究院组合使用活性支撑物RP-1和国产RN-1催化剂对辽河原油焦化馏出油全馏分进行加氢精制,其生成油质量大幅度提高.使烯烃饱和.氮含量降低,为催化裂化和加氢裂化装置扩大了原料来源.
Considering the high contents of olefins and nitrogen, the whole fraction of delayed coker distillates (including light and heavy naphtha, gas oil) must be hydrotreated. Hydrotreating of the whole fraction of coker distillates was carried out by RIPP, using the domestk RN-1 catalyst in combination with the active matrix RP-1. Qualities of both coker naphtha and gas oil were increased substantially, olefins were saturated, while nitrogen content in heavy coker gas oil was reduced, extending the sources of feedstocks for catalytic cracking and hydrocracking units.
