摘要
社区图书馆的复合多元供给机制是供给社区图书馆服务的一类社会系统运作方式,包含多元主体采用多元方式供给社区图书馆的一切命题。因为市场失灵、政府失灵与志愿失灵的存在,以及在当前转型期一种机制或模式无法完成社区图书馆的有效供给,所以社区图书馆的发展必须采用复合多元的供给机制。在社区图书馆复合多元供给机制探索中,实践者应该遵循求真务实的原则,用科学的思想方法,避免思维定势对理论探索与实践活动形成误导。
The compound and pluralistic supply mechanism of the community library is a kind of society system operation ways to supply the community library service, contains all propositions that pluralistic subjects use pluralistic ways to supply the community library. Because of existing the market failure, the government failure and the voluntary failure, and the single mechanism or mode is unable to complete the effective supply in the present transition period, the development of the community library should adopt the compound and pluralistic supply mechanism. In the exploration of the compound and pluralistic supply mechanism of the community library, practitioners should follow realistic and pragmatic principles, use scientific methods of thinking, avoid that the thinking set misleads the theory exploration and the practice activity.
