细胞周期相关激酶在癌变过程中的作用 被引量:1

摘要 细胞周期相关激酶(cell cycle-related kinase,CCRK)是一种新发现的蛋白识别激酶,又被称为p42或CDK(cyclin-dependentkinase)相关蛋白激酶PNQLARE(genBank TMAAF89089),分子量约为42 kD,在染色体上的位置是9q22.1,基因组长度是8 kb,7个外显子,其序列与芽殖酵母激酶1p(Cdk-activating Kinase1p,Cak1p)及人CDK7具有同源性[1-2].
