CCRK在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及其与HBx的关系 被引量:4

摘要 目的为了研究肝细胞癌的发病机制,探讨细胞周期相关激酶(CCRK)在肝细胞癌组织中的表达及意义,以及CCRK与乙肝病毒X蛋白(HBx)之间的关系。方法 RT-PCR法和Western印迹法分别从mRNA水平和蛋白质水平检测CCRK和HBx在肝癌组织、癌旁组织和正常组织中的表达情况。结果肝癌组织中CCRK mRNA及蛋白水平均明显高于癌旁肝组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);CCRK的表达与肝癌患者的性别、年龄,HBsAg,肿瘤大小均无关,而与临床分期有关;CCRK与HBx没有相关性。结论 CCRK在肝癌组织中的表达水平高于癌旁组织,对肝细胞癌的发生发展具有促进作用,但是与HBx没有相关性。 Objective To investigate the pathogenesis of hepatocllular carcinoma(HCC) and to explore the expression of cell cyole related kinase(CCRK) in HCC tissues and its correlation with hepatitis B virus X protein(HBx). Methods RT-PCR and Western-blot were perfomed to examine the expression of CCRK and HBx in HCC tissues, adjacent nontumor tissues and normal tissues. Results The expression of gene and protein of CCRK in HCC tissues was obviously higher than that of adjacent nontumor tissues and the difference was statistically significant. The expression of CCRK was closely correlated with the clinical stages rather than patients' sex and age, infection of HBV and tumor size. There was no correlation between expression of CCRK and HBx. Conclusion Expression of CCRK in HCC tissues is much higher than that of adjacent nontumor tissues. CCRK promotes the occurrence and progress of HCC. Expression of CCRK in HCC is not related to HBx.
