摘要
目的:建立中药复方乳膏中盐酸小檗碱和阿魏酸的含量测定方法,控制中药复方乳膏的质量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,Inertsil ODS-3(250 mm ×4.6 mm ,5μm )色谱柱;以乙腈-0.046 mol · L -1磷酸二氢钾(25∶75)为流动相;流速1.0 mL · min-1;检测波长338 nm ;柱温为室温。结果盐酸小檗碱的质量浓度在1.01~101μg · mL -1范围内线性关系良好,阿魏酸的质量浓度在1.145~114.5μg · mL -1范围内线性关系良好。盐酸小檗碱和阿魏酸的平均回收率(n=6)分别为99.6%(RSD=1.7%)和99.7%(RSD=1.1%)。结论该方法操作简便,专属性强,结果准确可靠,可作为中药复方乳膏中盐酸小檗碱和阿魏酸的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish an HPLC method to simultaneously determine the contents of berberine hydrochloride and ferulic acid in Compound Chinese Medicinal Cream .Methods The separation was performed on an Inertsil ODS-3(200 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5μm) column;the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0 .046 mol · L -1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate(25∶75 ) at a flow rate of 1 .0 mL · min-1 ,the detection wavelength was 338 nm ,and the column temperature was room temperature .Results The calibration curves were linear within the range 1 .01-101 μg · mL -1 for berberine hydrochloride and 1 .145-114 .5 μg · mL -1 for ferulic acid . The average recoveries (n=6) were 99 .6% (RSD=1 .7% ) ,and 99 .7% (RSD=1 .1% ) ,respectively .Conclusion This method is simple ,specific ,and accurate ,and can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride and ferulic acid in Compound Chinese Medicinal Cream .
