摘要
根据教育部关于推进高等职业教育的改革创新要求,为了培养汽车后市场需要的大量技能型和应用型人才,越来越多的高职院校的汽修专业都采用工学交替的人才培养模式,以提高学生的实践技能,实现与社会、企业无缝对接,但在实际操作过程中却存在一些问题。文章分析了高职汽车维修专业工学交替过程中存在的突出问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。
According to the requirements of the Ministry of Edu-cation on promoting the reform and innovation of higher voca-tional education, and in order to cultivate large numbers of skilled and applied talents needed by automotive after-market, more and more higher vocational colleges of automobile maintenance major adopt working and learning alternation training mode to improve students＇ practical skills to achieve seamless docking with the so-ciety, however, there are some problems in the process of actual operation. The article analyzes the outstanding problems existed in working and learning alternation process, and puts forward corresponding measures.
