摘要
重庆市地铁六号线工程高架段受景观、线路、限界等因素所限,接触网补偿下锚不具备采用传统的棘轮补偿装置的条件,最终选用进口轴向拉压式弹簧补偿装置。结合工程实例,以实现弹簧装置与当前地铁接触网系统兼容为目标,对在设计中需要重点解决的额定张力及张力偏差、补偿量计算方法、连接附件设计、安装曲线制定等问题进行分析,对在施工安装中需要解决的安装工艺、安装后调整等问题进行阐述,以期为国内同类工程方案选择提供参考。
The project of Chongqing metro line six is constrained by the landscape, the line, limit and other factors, OCS compensation does not have the conditions for a ratchet compensation device, finally the imported axial tension compression spring compensation device is selected. Combined with the engineering example, in order to realize the compatibility between the spring device and the OCS system, the paper mainly analyzes problems of the rated tension and tension deviation, calculation method of compensation, connecting accessories design, formulate installation curve in the design. And it elaborates the problems in installation and adjustment in the construction and installation which can offer reference for the similar domestic projects.
