接触网系统张力补偿装置应用研究

摘要 电气化铁道接触网系统中的张力补偿装置可使承力索和接触线在气温变化时保持工作张力恒定,是电气化铁道供电系统中影响列车运行的重要装置,也是保证机车受流状态的关键因素。结合实际施工安装和运营情况,阐述了接触网张力补偿装置的分类及特性,对常用接触网张力补偿装置包括滑轮补偿装置、棘轮补偿装置、涡卷弹簧补偿装置及日本的弹簧补偿器进行了研究。 The tension compensation device in contact net system of electrified railway, which can make the carrier cable and contact line maintain a constant work tension when temperature changes, is an important device affecting the train's operation in power supply system of electrified railway, also is a critical factor ensuring the locomotive's flow state. Connecting with the actual installation and operation, this paper expounds the classification and features of the tension compensation device in contact net system, and studies some frequently-used tension compensation devices including the pulley compensator, ratchet compensator and vortex coil spring compensator and Japan's spring compensator.
