摘要
针对现代孵化设备能耗高、污染环境等问题,设计了地源热泵孵化系统的加温热源,该系统用地源热泵冷凝热作为孵化机的加温热源。文中对孵化系统主要装置的设计进行了简述,并对孵化系统进行了测试,确定加热保温水箱热水最节能的温度范围,实测的各项指标为孵化率92.5%,单羽孵化耗电量0.0335kW·h,成本为0.02元,24h的能耗为15.86kW·h,为现代孵化设备的低碳节能设计提供理论依据。
As there are problems in exsting modern hatching equipments, such as high power consuption, environment plolution and so on, this text designed has a kind of heating source of ground source heat pump incubation system, the system uses condensing heat of ground source heat pump as heating source, The designs on main devices of these processes were introduced. Tatching system tests were done to measure the main performance indexes of a prototype and determine the most energy conserving range of temperature. The results were that hatchability was 92.5%, single feather hatching electricity consumption is 0.0335kw·h, cost is 0.02 yuan, 24 hours' power consumption is 15.86kw. h, thus provides theoretical references for the design of modern low carbon and energy saving incubation equipment.
