摘要
基于现代家禽孵化工艺要求,将复杂的多变量耦合孵化过程控制系统分解成风门控制子系统、加热控制子系统和加湿控制子系统,提出一种多变量模糊专家控制器及其解耦设计方法,成功地应用于家禽孵化设备,实现了孵化机模糊专家计算机控制系统,提高了孵化机的控制性能和自动化水平,从而提高了孵化率,减少了弱雏数量,并减轻了工人的劳动强度。
In this paper, a multivariable coupling control system of the incubation process was divided into three subsystems according to modern technological requirements of the poultry incubation. These subsystems are heating subsystem, dampening subsystem and operating air door subsystem. The MIMO fuzzy controller of the incubation process was decomposed into two SISO subsystems and a MISO subsystem. A new multivariable fuzzy expert controller and its fuzzy decoupling design method were proposed. It was successfully applied into the poultry incubation process control. The performance characteristics and function of the incubator were modified. Hence, hatchability was greatly increased and the number of young poultry in delicate health was greatly decreased.
