摘要
目的通过研究婴幼儿血管瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)蛋白的表达情况,进一步探讨和分析COX-2在婴幼儿血管瘤组织中表达情况与婴幼儿血管瘤的发生、发展可能存在的一些相关性。方法收集蚌埠医学院第一附属医院病理科2010—2012年婴幼儿患者手术后血管瘤组织标本和术后同期瘤旁正常血管组织标本各52例,应用免疫组织化学SP法,分别对52例婴幼儿血管瘤及52例瘤旁正常血管组织标本表达情况进行免疫组织化检测,2组间的比较采用χ2检验。结果 COX-2在52例婴幼儿血管瘤中的表达阳性率为88.46%,且多为强阳性,以(++)为主。而COX-2在婴幼儿瘤旁正常血管组织中的表达阳性率为17.31%,且着色较弱,为(+)。婴幼儿血管瘤组织中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)表达与瘤旁正常血管组织中COX-2表达相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 COX-2在婴幼儿血管瘤组织中的表达呈明显增高,COX-2在婴幼儿血管瘤组织中的表达与婴幼儿血管瘤的发生、发展有一定相关性;研究COX-2在婴幼儿血管瘤血管内皮细胞上表达情况有可能为临床婴幼儿血管瘤疾病的诊断、治疗及婴幼儿血管瘤的下一步研究提供了一种新思路。
Objective To investigate the role of COX-2 in dermal hemangioma of infant. Methods 52 cases of infantile hemangiomas tissue specimens and peritumoral normal vascular tissue specimens over the same period were recruited in our department of pathology from 2010 to 2012 in bengbu medical college's first hospital. The expression of COX-2 was observed in the 52 hemangiomas of infant and 52 normal vascular tissue by immunohistochemistry. Statistical analysis were performed using χ2test between the two groups. Results The positive rate of COX-2 in hemangiomas was 88. 46% and in normal vascular tissue was 17. 31%. The comparison between these two groups had statistical significance( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The expression of COX-2 in dermal hemangioma was significantly higher than in normal vascular tissue. The higher expression COX-2 in hemangiomas of infant could stimulate the development of hemangioma; the expression COX-2 in normal vascular tissue was low. It could provide a new concept to clinic diagnose and therapy for hemangiomas of infant and a new way for next step research to investigate the role of COX-2 in dermal hemangioma of infant.
