摘要
为了降低直流电动机产生的电磁噪声,基于ANSYS有限元分析软件对直流电动机定子进行了模态分析,得到了直流电动机定子振动系统的固有频率和模态振型,结果表明该电机定子结构设计合理;接着分析了机座螺栓连接对电机定子模态频率的影响,找出了影响规律,提出了避免共振的措施;同时通过锤击法模态实验,验证了模型等效的合理性以及ANSYS有限元分析的准确性,为提高电机整体的振动特性提供依据,对同类产品的设计和优化有一定的参考意义。
In order to reduce the electromagnetic noise of DC motor,modal analysis was made on DC motor using ANSYS.First,vibration system natural frequencies and mode shapes indicate that the motor stator structure design is reasonable.Then the influence of modal frequency was found and measures to avoid resonance were proposed.The hammering experimental results show the rationality of the model and the accuracy of ANSYS finite element analysis.The conclusions can provide the basis for enhance the vibration characteristics of the motor and have a certain reference value for the design and optimization of similar products.
