大功率立式电机转子有限元结构分析与优化 被引量:5

摘要 基于Pro/Engineer建立了某型号的大功率电机转子的实体模型和虚拟样机模型,在MSC.PAT- TERN/NASTRAN环境下,利用有限元方法进行了电机转子的动力学仿真、应力位移仿真,得到了转子两端轴承的力学状态、转子的应力、位移等参数值。根据仿真结果,进行了转子的强度和刚度校核,分析了转子的主要破坏形式和危险位置。结果表明现有电机转子的结构基本满足设计要求,并在此基础上优化转子外径和支承结构,减小电机振动,优化工艺,为同类产品的开发和改进提供了参考。 The solid model and virtual prototype of a large size motor are built based on Pro/Engineer. Dynamic stress and displacment analysis are completed by use of the FEM. The analysis results of force, stress and displacement are presented by means of MSC NASTRAN. Based on the simulation result, mechanics capability is verified as well as the main destroy form and location. The effect of the vibration is also discussed. The result shows that the rigidity strengthen meet the design requirement. For optimizing vibration and craft, influences of the outside diameter value of rotor by the strength and displacement are investigated. An reasonable structure is given. The study is valuable for the development of the motor of same kind.
