大功率立式电机YKSL2150转子有限元仿真与结构优化 被引量:1

Finite element simulation and the structure optimization of the rotor of YKSL2150 electrical machine

摘要 基于Pro/Engineer建立了YKSL2150大功率电机转子的实体模型和有限元模型,应用有限元仿真软件Msc.Pa-tran/Nastran对电机转子的应力应变进行了有限元仿真分析,得到了转子应力、应变、位移等的仿真参数.根据仿真结果,对电机转子结构的机械强度和刚度进行了校核,分析了转子的主要破坏形式和危险位置.结果表明,现有转子的结构基本满足设计要求,同时,给出了转子的优化方案,为同类结构的设计和改进提供了参考.图3,表1,参8. The solid model and finite eement model of the rotor of vertical motor type of YKSL2150 are built with Pro/Engineer modeling system. Finite element simulation was completed based on the finite element model of the rotor with Msc.Patran/Nastran simulating system. Through the finite element simulation, the stress & strain & placement simulation parameters were obtained. Based on the simulation, the mechanical rigidity & strengthen of the rotor were checked, the main destroy form and dangerous location were analyzed. The results showed that the mechanical rigidity, strength & placement could meet the design requirement of the rotor. In the end, an optimization structure of the rotor was given and analyzed. This study is valuable for the development and design of the same type structure. 3figs., ltab., 8refs.
