摘要
为了降低电动机的电磁噪声有必要分析和计算定子振动模态。本文利用ANSYS有限元软件研究大中型异步电动机定子的模态振型和固有频率,重点讨论了成型绕组、径向通风道、肋、压圈和机座对定子铁心振动的影响。研究表明,成型绕组对定子模态有重要的影响,不考虑绕组固有频率会明显减小;径向通风道、肋和压圈对高阶模态的固有频率影响较大;机座的约束使得定子铁心的模态振型发生变化。
In order to reduce electromagnetic noise of motors,it is essential to analyze and calculate the vibration modal of the stator.In this paper,ANSYS finite element software is used to study mode shapes and natural frequencies of the stator of medium-sized and large-sized asynchronous motors.The influence of performed winding,radial ventilating dust,rib,pressing ring and frame on the vibration of the stator core is investigated.The study shows that the performed winding has the important effect on the stator modal and natural frequencies are reduced if the winding is neglected.The influence of radial ventilating dust,rib and pressing ring on natural frequencies of high-order modal is remarkable.The mode shapes of the stator core are modified by the constraint condition of the frame.
