摘要
针对新电公司大中型异步电动机运行中出现的振动问题,从电磁、机械、安装和调整及结构本身的影响等方面,对引起电动机设备振动的主要原因进行了分析和探讨。结合大中型异步电动机运行中出现的一些振动实例;重点针对采用滚动轴承结构的大中型异步电动机,介绍了一些解决振动问题的有效方法。
Pointing to vibration problem occurred in large and middle type asynchronous motor operation in Xinyu electric power company,through the aspect of electromagnetism,machine,installation,adjustment and the influence of structure itself,This paper analyzes and discusses the primary reason that caused motor equipment vibration.combing some vibration example of large and middle motor occurred in operation,It introduces Some effective method to solve vibration problem mainly for large and middle asynchronous motor whose structure is rolling bearing.
